Jes\u00fas era una persona formidable\u2026\u201d, complet\u00f3 el se\u00f1or. Y luego me dijo por qu\u00e9 Jes\u00fas es importante y empezamos a hablar de Aquel que me puso en su camino. Al llegar a donde deb\u00eda estar, me present\u00f3 como \u201csu hijo\u201d (algo normal en la cultura de aqu\u00ed) y nos despedimos. Pude volver a verlo en otra ocasi\u00f3n y volvimos a tener una gran conversaci\u00f3n.<br>Servir a Dios nos trae sorpresas incre\u00edbles. Son experiencias que no podemos olvidar jam\u00e1s, incluso en lugares de dif\u00edcil acceso, donde hay muchos obst\u00e1culos, como aqu\u00ed en el norte de \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, mientras caminamos con \u00c9l, Dios mismo nos muestra personas para las cuales podemos ser luz. Durante estos casi 8 a\u00f1os de servicio para \u00c9l y las personas aqu\u00ed, estamos profundamente agradecidos a Dios por cada \u201cencuentro\u201d \u00fanico, cada conversaci\u00f3n sobre el cielo, cada sonrisa, apret\u00f3n de manos y amistad. S\u00ed, queremos mucho m\u00e1s que \u201ccontactos\u201d, queremos amigos, y siendo amigos de ellos podremos mostrarles c\u00f3mo pueden ser amigos de Dios. \u00a1Con absoluta certeza, es una misi\u00f3n maravillosa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vivimos cerca de muchos monumentos hist\u00f3ricos, y cuando nos damos cuenta de c\u00f3mo viv\u00edan los bereberes antes y reconocemos un s\u00edmbolo de la trinidad en una alfombra bereber, nos lleva a creer que Dios nos ha dejado un camino a seguir para que podamos encontrar personas como este se\u00f1or. Son j\u00f3venes, ni\u00f1os, estudiantes, empresarios\u2026 S\u00ed, gente de nuestro entorno que pueda ver en nosotros al Cristo que anunciamos. Tantas oportunidades, tanta gente y tan poco testimonio de la Luz. Obedezcamos al Maestro y pidamos m\u00e1s trabajadores para la mies. Que Dios nos env\u00ede m\u00e1s gente, para esos norteafricanos que est\u00e1n necesitados de ver la Luz.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un d\u00eda, cuando me dirig\u00eda a la oficina, un se\u00f1or mayor me pidi\u00f3 que lo ayudara a bajarse en la parada del autob\u00fas. Estaba ciego. Sosteniendo su brazo, me agradeci\u00f3 mucho, dici\u00e9ndome palabras de bendici\u00f3n. Entonces me pregunt\u00f3: \u201chijo m\u00edo, \u00bfconoces a Jes\u00fas?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Tengo un susto! \u00a1Bueno, yo estaba all\u00ed para testificar de \u00c9l a la gente a trav\u00e9s de mi comportamiento y mis palabras! Jesus was a formidable person\u2026\", completed the gentleman. And then he told me why Jesus is important and we started talking about the One who put me in his path. Upon arriving where he was supposed to be, he introduced me as \"his son\" (normal in the culture here) and we said goodbye. I was able to see him again on another occasion, and we had a great conversation again.<br>Serving God brings us incredible surprises. These are experiences that we can never forget, even in places that are difficult to access, where there are many obstacles, like here in North Africa.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>However, as we walk with Him, God Himself shows us people that we can be a light for. During these almost 8 years of service for Him and people here, we are deeply grateful to God for each unique \"meeting\", each conversation about heaven, each smile, handshake and friendship. Yes, we want much more than \"contacts\", we want friends, and been friends to them we will be able to show how they can be friends to God. With absolute certainty, it is a wonderful mission!<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>We live close to many historical monuments, and when we realize how Berbers lived before and recognizing a symbol of the trinity in a Berber rug, leads us to believe that God has left us a path to follow so that we can find people like this gentleman. They are young people, children, students, businessmen\u2026 Yes, people around us who can see in us the Christ we proclaim. So many opportunities, so many people and so little testimony of the Light. Let\u2019s obey the Master and ask for more workers for the harvest.
